Production Management Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery goals Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer commitments Monitor and improve production efficiency, capacity utilization, and throughput Manage production staffing, shift planning, and resource allocation Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, line leaders, and operators Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Support training and development programs for production personnel Operational Excellence Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify and eliminate waste to improve productivity and reduce costs Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes Track and achieve KPIs such as OEE, scrap, downtime & labor efficiency Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Drive a zero -incident safety culture Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams Support new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers Participate in capacity planning and continuous improvement projects Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field Experience 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role Experience in industries such as automotive, medical device, aerospace, or electronics preferred Experience managing high-mix / high-volume environments is a plus Technical Skills Strong knowledge of: Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) Production planning and scheduling KPIs management (OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime) Experience with ERP/MRP systems Advanced proficiency in English (required)
