Ana Global Mexico is seeking a General Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in warehouse operations, team management, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience may be considered

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
  • 2–4 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in manufacturing environments (automotive, electronics, medical device, etc.) preferred
  • Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Warehouse operations and inventory control
  • ERP/WMS systems
  • Logistics coordination and shipping processes
  • Familiarity with:
  • Lean principles (5S, Kaizen)
  • Cycle counting and inventory auditing
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Experiencia y requisitos

Warehouse Operations Management

  • Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate material flow to support production and customer orders
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflows
  • Ensure inventory transactions are properly recorded in ERP/WMS systems

Inventory Control

  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and traceability
  • Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO, lot control, and material handling requirements

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise warehouse supervisors, team leads, and operators
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management
  • Manage staffing, shift planning, and workload distribution
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and carriers
  • Ensure on-time shipments and proper documentation for domestic and international shipments
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Procurement teams
  • Support import/export compliance and customs documentation (preferred)

Process Improvement

  • Implement and sustain Lean Warehousing practices (5S, visual management, continuous flow)
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste
  • Track and drive improvements in KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Promote a zero-incident safety culture
  • Maintain organized, clean, and compliant warehouse conditions
