Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced certification preferred Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including senior leadership responsibilities Minimum 5+ years in a manufacturing, maquiladora, or high-volume operational environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, labor absorption, inventory controls, and operational KPIs Proven experience supporting US-based corporate structures and cross-border financial operations Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) required Strong understanding of Mexican tax, labor, social security, IMMEX, VAT, and regulatory compliance requirements Experience leading annual audits, treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting processes Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives Strong executive presence with the ability to present financial results, risks, and business strategies to senior leadership and corporate executives Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, FP&A, Compliance, EHS, and Plant Leadership Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization High level of integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and business ethics Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail and execution discipline Hands-on leadership style with strong operational involvement and the ability to work closely with plant operations, challenge processes, and drive execution-oriented improvements across the organization
