Position Overview

The Projects Engineer will drive planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects in line with corporate requirements and client specifications. Serving as a key liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, the successful candidate will ensure that project milestones are met on-time, within scope, and within budget—while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Allocate and track resources—human, technological, and financial
• Utilize project planning tools (Gantt charts, KPIs, reporting)
• Oversee cross-functional teams and mentor project staff
• Coordinate prototype builds, validation, and production launches
• Identify and mitigate project risks and performance issues
• Ensure adherence to ISO quality and manufacturing standards
• Drive cost-saving and efficiency-improvement initiatives
• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders
