Supervisor de Producción

Supervises and coordinates team works involved in production tasks to Insure the continuous workflow as well as the fulfillment of projects according to quantity and quality specifications.

• Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.
• Analyzes and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work related problems.
• Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans. Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, dismissals and disciplinary actions.
• Follow up training matrix and training programs.
• Maintains production and time records.
• Can estimate, request or inspect raw materials.
• Meets with other functional areas representatives to coordinate activities between the individual
• Departments.
• Develops, modifies and maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production
• Function
