Plans and prepares production programs for the manufacturing of products, to meet the master production plan of the assigned area through the maximization of the productivity levels.

• Controls the work orders in his/her area.
• Coordinates with engineering, materials, quality and maintenance departments to continuously
• improve the performance in his/her area.
• Creates the production plan to establish the sequence and time required from each operation
• to meet shipping dates based on sales forecasts and orders from clients. Analyzes the
• production requirements in regards to direct personnel and processes to optimize the available
• capacity of his/her area.
• Expedites operations that are delaying the program and changes programs according to
• unexpected conditions.
• Prepares production reports.
• Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) of the organization.
